Our customer had the sub base constructed by a local contractor, they tasked us with installing a kick board and surface.
We installed Our sand and fibre surface, this is a great all-rounder and can be fine tuned depending on your discipline, this surface can also be waxed retrospectively providing an incredibly high spec surface for a relatively low outlay.
Rebuild of 20m x 30m Arena. This equestrian arena was unusable during the wet winter months. This is due to blocked drainage (the arena had stood here for 30 years with very little maintenance). We replaced some of the drainage and installed a fibre into the exiting sand surface to give the customer a cost effective solution.
This was a sand surface installed by the previous property owner, unfortunately no membrane was used as such the sand was heavily contaminated by the stone sub base. Also as no stabiliser was used the surface was incredibly deep making use of the school very dangerous for horse and rider. We lifted the complete surface re-graded the sub base and installed a membrane. We then screened the contaminating sand which removed all trace of stone, the sand we then re laid and we added our Equi-Est fibre. This process saved the customer a small fortune allowing her to reuse the existing sand.
Installation of our Equi-Est fibre into 20m x 40m school. This Equestrian Arena puddled in wet weather due to surface compaction, we installed our fibre into the surface.
This effectively provides the surface with a root structure allowing moisture to flow freely through the surface, at the same time soaking up moisture to keep the menage surface damp in warm weather.

Installation of our fully synthetic stabilising fibre into old, deep and unstable surface, this provides heavily used tired surfaces with a much needed lift, a low cost and incredibly effective alternative to replacement.
Our customer tasked us with installing a lunge pen/turn out area. she also wanted her field shelter built into the area We used our standalone fibre for the surface, this makes a perfect surface for lunge pens, its very hard wearing and as it doesn't hold onto any moisture its freeze resistant allowing year round use.
We installed our stabilising Equi-Est Fibre into this Sand & Rubber Equestrian Arena because was riding very deep. Result was a good firm surface for the customer with far less maintenance required.
